  • All products are displayed with accurate descriptions, but colors may slightly vary due to screen settings and lighting.

  • Orders are confirmed only after you provide complete delivery information and agree to our policies.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or other issues.

3. Payment

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

  • Customers must pay the full amount (including PKR 250 delivery charges) at the time of delivery.

4. Shipping

  • Orders are shipped within 2 to 5 working days after confirmation.

  • A flat shipping charge of PKR 250 applies to all orders across Pakistan.

  • We currently do not offer international shipping.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • You must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • Returned items must be unused and in original condition.

  • Refunds are offered as store credit or product exchange only.

We offer returns and exchanges only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item

  • You received a damaged or defective product

Conditions:

  • You must contact us within 2 days of receiving the parcel

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging

  • Proof (images or video) must be sent on WhatsApp at the time of unboxing for verification.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.

  • Any delay caused by incorrect information is not our responsibility.
